Bay Devil Belts are not Personal Floatation Devices and are not approved by the US Coast Guard as a PFD. Bay Devil Belts are wade fishing belts ONLY and ARE NOT TO BE USED AS A PERSONAL FLOATATION DEVICE.

Wade fishers should use caution when wade fishing and understand the water depths and hazards while wade fishing. Bay Devil Belts recommends wade fishers use a US Coast Guard Approved Personal Floatation Device while wade fishing, boating, and whenever water hazards are present.
